Furnace Repair

I reached out to FIRST via yelp yesterday (aka Memorial Day 2022). They not only responded within 2 hours, but also scheduled an appointment the next day. Aliaksandr was timely and professional. Aliaksandr was extraordinarily thorough and not only went under the house to look at the drainage line, but also examined the entire Diamond Air minisplit unit. He took his time diagnosing and addressing the clogged unit (blew out the debris, leveled the unit, and cleaned out the drain channels). I have had consistent AC issues over the past 2 years. There have been 5 other AC repair folks who have come through and Aliaksandr was by far the most thorough out of all of them. The pricing was very reasonable.

Alex from Fuse Austin is great for any appliance repair in your home. We had one of those crazy weeks where 3 major appliances quit working. Alex repaired/replaced all 3 for us. He’s quick to respond, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable about a wide range of appliances (AC, water heater, refrigerator, etc.) He’s also very friendly and seems trustworthy. I definitely recommend Fuse Austin for the next time one of your appliances breaks down. Will definitely use his services in the future.

Alex's team responded to my Yelp inquiry within minutes, and they were able to come out the same day my AC unit went out.

Alex explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. It was a failed capacitor, and he was able to change it out on the spot. He also was able to measure the amount of freon in our system, and he needed to add more to improve our system. Afterwards, he came into the house to measure the temperature of the air coming out of the vents in my home to verify the problem was fixed.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Fuse HVAC, and I will be using him for all my appliance or HVAC repairs in the future!

I originally was quoted by a competitor that was trying to get me to buy a new HVAC unnecessarily. I found Fuse from looking at reviews online.

Alex and Daniel were both very detailed and professional. They also were transparent about the services they were providing me and why the maintenance & repairs were needed on my HVAC system.

I really appreciate that there’s still A+ service out there. I will definitely go back to them when it’s time for maintenance again.
