Alex's team responded to my Yelp inquiry within minutes, and they were able to come out the same day my AC unit went out.
Alex explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. It was a failed capacitor, and he was able to change it out on the spot. He also was able to measure the amount of freon in our system, and he needed to add more to improve our system. Afterwards, he came into the house to measure the temperature of the air coming out of the vents in my home to verify the problem was fixed.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Fuse HVAC, and I will be using him for all my appliance or HVAC repairs in the future!

Fuse and Vlad were great. They sent Vlad out very quickly and he fixed the washer so quickly I asked if he could take a look at the ice maker in the fridge as well. They had to order a part that of course with COVID shipping delays took a little while to get in (no big deal to me at all, it is just ice).
Vlad followed up when the part came in and now I am enjoying both the washer and the ice maker being fixed after months of just putting up with both of them being on the fritz. I will definitely call Fuse and request Vlad in the future. They did a great job and were always on time. The fees were reasonable. (Not sure what other reviewers were complaining about - no legit service company can do any repairs under $100 - they have to pay their employees, insurance, taxes, car/gas, etc. I run my own business so unless you want to YouTube the repair yourself then don't expect free service repairs, that's just unreasonable). I felt the prices were fair and the service was professional. Will definitely use them again.
Also note I have a Samsung washer and multiple other companies refused to even work on them so extra star to Fuse for being able to handle a more difficult brand. Thanks again Vlad!

Our dryer stopped working and these guys sent a repair man the next day. It got fixed on the spot and the repairman pointed out to me that a previous repair by another company had been done incorrectly and explained to me what was wrong and why. I really appreciate his integrity. He didn't need to do that to finish the repair, but I'm glad he told me.
This company is hands down the best appliance repair company I've ever used.
Our refrigerator went out and needed it fixed over the weekend. Alex came out on Saturday AM at the time they said. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue quickly but he also found a few other areas that needed to be addressed. He quickly fixed our Frigidaire and for a very reasonable fee.
We were highly concerned we would have to spring for a new unit and with all the supply chain issues, not the one we would have wanted. Alex's repair has allowed us to put that decision further down the road when choices and sales are better.

When my LG refrigerator stopped making ice and keeping food at healthy temperatures, I contacted FUSE. The scheduling was quick and easy, repair process transparent, and pricing fair. Alex was able to come by (on his birthday, even!), to diagnose, locate, and identify a tiny refrigerant leak responsible for the fridge's poor cooling. Additionally, this LG model has a known compressor issue, which I elected to fix at the time. Come to find out, it was covered by warranty, but LG is notoriously slow on part fulfillment.
Alex handled that entire situation himself on my behalf, saving me money, stress, and weeks of time in the future.

I had such a good experience with Fuse Hvac & Appliance Repair that I used them twice in one week. First, I smelled gas coming from my gas dryer. I shut off the gas and looked for an appliance repair on yelp. Fuse responded to my outreach within a few minute and scheduled me for the next day. The came right on time, worked quickly and fixed the issue. What I appreciate is that the repair person took time to explain where the leak was coming from, and checked the dryer for additional issues. The next day my microwave stopped working, it's a Bosch built in unit and not all repair services will (or want to) work on Bosch.
I reached out to Fuse again, and again they responded quickly. When they came out to check the microwave they didn't have the part I needed, BUT took time to find the part and came out on the weekend to finish the repair. Absolutely great service done by people who genuinely care for their customers.

Daniel was great! Responded quickly to our request for dryer repair (needed new heating element and sensor) and was able to repair the very next morning. He was a bit earlier than his scheduled time so even better! Great work and we will definitely contact again for any appliance repair needs.

Alex, Daniel and Vlad did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue on our GE monogram built-in refrigerator and repairing it within 72 hours. The compressor started going out in our 21 year old refrigerator and they were able to repair it prior to it going completely out and ruining all our food.
The repair took over five hours and while they were in our house, they were polite, considerate and very friendly. Our refrigerator has never cooled as efficiently and quietly as it does now.
I would highly recommend this team for any appliance repair including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, dishwashers and others!

Alex correctly diagnosed, ordered parts, and fixed a wine fridge of mine that wasn't cooling properly.
